Dear Dr. Carroll and Staff,
Because I now have a beautiful bright smile, I had the confidence to have my
picture taken with "Jay Cutler", Quarterback for the Denver Broncos. Jay is a
former player and friend of my brother, Coach John Sisk. My brother is the Strength,
Speed, and Conditioning Coordinator of Vanderbilt University. I am leaving tomorrow
to enjoy the New Year and my birthday in Nashville! Thank you so much for caring
enough to start me on my journey of finding a new me! Because of you, I feel the
best and look the best I have in years! Here's to a healthy and happy 2009. See
you on January 15.
